They keep calling the person they trust — you. The number lives in their phone under your name, so nothing about their world changes.
When you can pick up, it rings you and you talk, like always. When you can’t — 3am, a meeting, the shower — it answers warmly in a voice you approved, saying only things you wrote. (Warm AI answering starts on the Companion plan. On Connect Lite, the line always rings you first and takes voicemail.)
If they say they fell or sound unwell, the family is rung in the order you chose, within seconds, and the line stays with them until someone reaches them.

You already tried muting the ringer. It stopped the noise and started the guilt — a silenced phone still meant someone unanswered. This is the other option: the phone stays dark and quiet, a call at 3am is answered warmly without waking you, and you hear about it in the morning, for your sanity and theirs.
No. It’s not a substitute for 911. It alerts your family, in the order you choose — it doesn’t dispatch ambulances or monitor vitals. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
No. It never claims to be human unless you’ve chosen a consented cloned voice, and even then it only says what you approved. Asked something outside your facts card, it doesn’t guess — it comforts, gently changes the subject, and offers to have you call back.
The line never stops answering. Past your plan’s limit, calls fall back to your warm recorded clips and voicemail. Overage is opt-in only — never a surprise on the bill.
Your family does. They’re deleted whenever you say, never used to train anything, and never sold.
When memory gets unreliable, new things stop sticking — new apps, new devices, new routines all slide away. What stays is the old habit: pick up the phone and call the person you trust.
So that is the entire product. Their phone, your name, one number. No app for them to learn, nothing for them to charge, nothing new to remember. After setup they never have to do anything but what they already do.

Each morning, a plain summary is waiting: who called, when, and how the conversation went. Nothing to check compulsively, nothing hidden — just what actually happened while you were away.

Flat monthly price. The fifth anxious call at midnight costs exactly what the first did: nothing extra.
Every sentence they can hear was approved by you. Medication, money, and diagnoses are always deflected, warmly.
A cloned voice exists only after its owner records consent, on tape, in that voice. Revocable any time.
No analytics scripts, no ad pixels, on this site or in the product. A build test fails if anyone tries.
We built Stillwell after our own 3am calls — the guilt of a muted ringer, the relief of finally answering. We’re a small team, not a call center and not a hospital system. We keep the product boring on purpose: one job, done well, nothing extra bolted on to sell you later.
Routine calls are never recorded — only a short summary is kept. Recordings exist only for emergency events, kept one year, because families and responders need them. Never used to train anything. Never sold.
